Our counselors serve the Ft. Wayne and the greater NE Indiana area. In addition to local counseling, we serve military members, law enforcement and missionaries from all over the world. We are able to offer counseling at affordable rates due to the generosity of individuals and churches who are committed to biblical counseling.
We are able to offer biblical counseling in a variety of locations around NE Indiana in addition to being available online via Zoom and Skype.
Scott Meinema – Prior to establishing Christus Biblical Counseling, Scott served as the counseling pastor at Desert Springs Church in Albuquerque, NM where he oversaw DSC's counseling center, ACBC training center, and the annual Albuquerque Biblical Counseling Conference. Scott also serves as the Director of Counseling at Headwaters Church in Ft Wayne, as a local police chaplain, and an assistant supervisor for the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) where he was certified in 2006 and has over 3,000 hours of counseling experience. Scott has been married to Janelle for 37 years.
Janelle Meinema – Janelle served as a staff counselor at Desert Springs Church in Albuquerque, NM, prior to moving to Indiana to be closer to her grandchildren. Before DSC, she spent 8 years as a staff counselor at Vision of Hope, a resident treatment care center for women operated by Faith Church in Lafayette, Indiana. Janelle has been ACBC certified since 2006 and serves as a an asst ACBC supervisor for ladies who are pursuing ACBC certification. Janelle has been married to Scott for 37 years. By God's grace, they have 4 terrific adult children, a son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and 5 lovely grandchildren.
